Responsibilities :
- Provide technical guidance
- Regularly review code submissions from mentees to ensure quality

Requirements
- Deep knowledge of both frontend and backend technologies
- Leadership and mentoring abilities
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including empathy patience and the ability to give constructive feedback
- Available to work 30 minutes per week with a flexible schedule
