Job Description
- The Project Controls Manager has overall responsibility for managing and monitoring budgets, costs, planning/scheduling, and management of change. Including managing the development and implementation of budgets and baselines to meet the project objectives and ensure adherence to the policies and procedures of the project.
- Assessing the capability of project control staff and recommending appropriate roles and responsibilities.
- Inputting to the project control department knowledge transfer program which includes comprehensive on-the-job learning.
