Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Waltham Forest to assist with the appointment of a Deputy Manager Residential Home on a 3month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 18.40 23.12 per Hour
Requirements:
- Must has Managerial experience in working in residential care home for older people living with Dementia.
- Smart reliable with good communication skills. Confident staff who can run the service shift lead and work alongside the manager.
- Applicants should have minimum relevant care qualification such as NVQ Level 4 QCF or equivalent and the ability to demonstrate an excellent leadership skill.
- Must have full knowledge of Care Quality Commission.
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires an enhanced DBS
