About the Role
As a Coffee Machine Engineer you will ensure the optimal functionality and performance of coffee machines both in the workshop and onsite. This role requires handson technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of coffee machines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Disassemble and Rebuild Machines: Efficiently strip down and rebuild coffee machines in a fastpaced workshop environment.
- Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose and resolve issues with coffee machines including electrical and wiring faults both in the workshop and onsite.
- Electrical Fault Finding: Utilize your electrical knowledge to identify and fix wiring and electrical issues.
- Specialized Equipment Expertise: Work with Azykoyen and CoffeTek machines focusing on programming and maintaining Vitro Neo / Step coffee machines and H70 and H87 snack machines.
- OnSite Repairs: Travel to client sites to troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning machines as needed.
- Machine Installations: Perform onsite installations of coffee and snack machines.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Relevant experience and/or certifications in coffee machine technology.
- Sector: Engineering with a focus on coffee machines.
- Experience: Background in traditional and modern coffee machines.
- Personality/Characteristics: Detailoriented problemsolver capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Profile: Ideal candidates have handson experience with coffee machines and a strong technical background. Candidates with temporary CVs looking for permanent roles are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge: Coffee technology Azkoyen and Coffetek Automatic traditional machines (e.g. H70 Dixie Palmers Bevmax Vitro Range).
- Background: Experience with duo single and fresh brew systems.
