Job Description
• Prompt, and courteous greeting ofcustomers
• Take orders and deliver food tocustomers on the table in an accurate and timelymanner
• Ensure all guests receive positive andprofessional service to the highest standards to exceed thecustomer's expectations
• Follow thesequence of service standards as per brandguidelines
• Have complete and thorough knowledgeof all menu items in order to be able to describe and makesuggestive selling to customers
• Ensure foodquality and consistency are delivered at alltimes
• Manage the setup and close down of tableswithin the section
• Maintain cleanliness andhygiene standards
• Ensure the cleanliness andrefilling of condiment sets and napkincontainers
• Coordinating with the cashier tohandle accurately order invoices and tips
• Keepsall workstations and equipment as clean as possible at alltimes
• Attend all regular departmental briefingsand contribute to open communication within the assignedteam
• Performs other duties pertinent to thisjob as assigned
