Job Description
- We are looking for a trained and motivated Salesforce Consultant specialized in CRM implementation to join a brave team.
- The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in similar positions particularly in CRM software implementation and a deep knowledge of the tool.
- Implementing Salesforce to clients who wants to bring their business to the cloud.
- Migrating the business core from one of the biggest players in the service industry based in Portugal to Salesforce
- Collaboration on taking customer requests to evaluate their goals and needs on Salesforce analyzing impacts and participating in the development of CRM project lifecycle phases
- Understanding how business works in order to adapt the better solution into the cloud
- Coordinating all the E2E of the project (functional & technical documents testing...).
