Job Description
JOB SUMMARY This is a leadership position to entirely own CBS platform of the bank.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Candidate should be a Technofunctional resource with equal weightage on banking process and Core banking technologies Should have hands on experience in implementation and maintenance of CBS application Understand the Business requirements and provide optimum solution approach Liaise with Vendors and communicate with them in effective manner to get the deliveries done Should have effective vendor negotiation skills to get the deliveries in optimum time and cost Good understanding of software development life cycle and API led integration layer Track the deliveries right from requirement stage to Production movement Guide the L1 and L2 teams for quick resolution of issues Should have knowhow of other applications that are integrated with CBS for eg. Aadhaar vault KYC automation DMS Cards Payment channels etc Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve performance upscale the service delivery of the Core Banking system. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS A degree in IT / Computer Science Technical writing skills
RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE Minimum 15 years of experience. Proven experience in managing Banking production systems Solid experience in writing SQL queries
Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in engaging with internal business audit compliance teams software delivery partners and customer service teams
