Job Summary:

Qhanati is seeking a User Experience Researcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research to understand user behaviors needs and motivations. This role will play a key part in shaping the user experience of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct user research studies
• Analyze and interpret research data
• Create user personas and user journey maps
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to incorporate user insights into design decisions
• Identify usability issues and provide recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HumanComputer Interaction Psychology or related field
• 2 years of experience in user experience research
• Proficiency in research methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
