This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer1 blockchain platform and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

• Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally raised capital exceeding $500 million and spearheaded several highrevenue disruptive projects.
• Work alongside our global team of 55 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
• Develop and launch three distinct websites fully designed in Figma for our key projects: Autheo GO WFO and Launch Legends.
• Create and optimize landing pages that drive engagement and conversions ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.

About the Organization

Launch Legends is a technology development incubator and launch pad focused on transforming the creator economy and extreme sports industries through innovative Web3 solutions. With over two years of development we are preparing to launch:

• Autheo: Our Layer1 blockchain platform specifically designed for creators to own expand and monetize their networks. Autheo provides a robust foundation for decentralized applications allowing creators to engage with their communities in new and meaningful ways.
• GO WFO: The first Layer2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports built on the Autheo platform. GO WFO aims to revolutionize the extreme sports sector by integrating blockchain NFTs and SocialFi features offering athletes and creators a new way to connect with their fans and monetize their content.

The Opportunity

Role Overview: YouTube Manager

Were seeking a creative and datadrivenYouTube Managerto join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth of Autheo and GO WFO.As a key member of our marketing teamyou will be responsible for managing and growing our YouTube channelsincreasing video viewsand boosting audience engagement.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web3/blockchaincontent creation platformsand the extreme sports industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough keyword research trend analysis and competitor research to develop a comprehensive content plan aligned with broader marketing goals and messaging.
• Manage the content calendar uploading and scheduling.
• Collaborate with content writer and video production teams to produce highquality engaging videos that align with YouTube SEO best practices and will drive channel growth.
• Optimize video titles descriptions tags and thumbnails for SEO and clickthrough rate (CTR) improvements.
• Regularly conduct keyword research to ensure videos are targeting relevant and hightraffic search queries.
• Experiment with video metadata playlists and scheduling to enhance discoverability and audience retention.
• Analyze YouTube analytics to track video performance audience demographics and viewer behavior providing datadriven recommendations for optimization. Work alongside Digital Analyst to generate detailed report on YouTube performance providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Implement strategies to grow subscriber count enhance audience interaction and increase overall channel engagement.
• Stay informed on YouTubes algorithm changes trends and best practices to maintain and improve channel performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in YouTube strategy management and content optimization.
• Proven track record of successfully growing YouTube channels and increasing video views.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube analytics tools (e.g. YouTube Studio Google Analytics VidIQ TubeBuddy Keyword Anywhere) and SEO tools (e.g. SEMRush Google Trends Aherfs)
• Experience in creating and optimizing content for YouTube with a focus on audience growth and engagement.
• Familiarity with web3 and blockchain.
• Good knowledge on content creation platforms (e.g. YouTube Tikok Instagram) and content creation niche.
• Experience with extreme sports audiences or a genuine passion for extreme sports is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical creative and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams in different time zones in a remote setting.
