Project Manager

This is a remote position.

Scope:

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Pacific (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila Time) with an hour unpaid break
  

• Create and maintain detailed project status spreadsheets
  
• Coordinate between contractors suppliers and project managers
  
• Follow up on material deliveries and contractor schedules
  
• Source and schedule additional contractors as needed
  
• Assist in procuring custom items and materials
  
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders
  
• Manage and track multiple aspects of the project simultaneously
  
• Create professional reports and email correspondence
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project coordination or management preferably in construction
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Strong communication abilities both written and verbal
  
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed spreadsheets and reports
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Familiarity with construction processes and terminology is a plus
  
• Experience in sourcing and negotiating with contractors and suppliers
  
• Adaptability and problemsolving skills to handle unexpected challenges
