Job Description

Multistate design firm is seeking a Senior Transportation/Roadway Engineer for their team in Colorado Springs!


Responsibilities:

  • Provide highlevel project design
  • Review of project documents and design quality for complex projects
  • Use technical expertise to apply advanced engineering concepts/develop solutions for complex issues
  • Ensure projects meet QA/QC standards and project objectives
  • Lead staff on design approaches to fulfill project requirements
  • Work with other disciplines to promote efficiencies and produce high quality work
  • Assist with the development of standards and/or guidelines for engineering activities within the team
  • Supervise/mentor/train junior staff
  • Build/maintain client relationships


Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering
  • 7 years of engineering experience
  • Project management experience
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Proficient in Open Roads Designer software
  • Solid understanding of standard engineering techniques procedures and codes


Salary is commensurate with experience.
