Job Description
Our clients a leading organisation that focuses on enhancing skills and competencies within the public sector are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team on a 6month contract. If you are passionate about quality assurance and making a real impact in the education sector this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee quality assurance processes for learner achievement programs. Ensure that all procedures meet established standards and regulations.
- Analyse data related to learner performance and achievement. Identify trends areas for improvement and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and recommend enhancements to processes and procedures to improve overall learner outcomes and program effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with relevant educational standards regulations and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance findings trends and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Work closely with educators administrators and other stakeholders to address quality issues and implement solutions.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
- Relevant qualification in Quality Assurance Education or a related field
- Proven experience in quality assurance particularly in an educational or learnerfocused environment.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring highquality outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Indept understanding of educational standards and quality assurance best practices
- Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
