Social Media Specialist

BiGDUG a strong brand of TAKKT Group is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in Gloucester as Social Media Specialistto shape the future of work!

Tasks:

• Create and implement social media strategies for our 3 brands
• Manage all social media platforms including Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn
• Define and set social media KPIs measuring the success of every social media campaign
• Work with the Design Team to develop engaging content such as posts videos and graphics
• Monitor social media analytics to track performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Optimise social profiles and user engagement

Profile:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Pinterest Instagram TikTok
• Indepth understanding of social marketing best practices
• Experience with undertaking audience and buyer persona research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
