Job Description
Knowledge of Quantity Estimation: Comprehensive understanding of quantity estimation methods and techniques in construction projects, including calculation of quantities, materials and costs.
Proficiency in using specialized software: Experience in using quantity estimation software such as AutoCAD, Quantity Surveying Software, and Excel to analyze data and prepare estimates.
Understanding of construction drawings and specifications: Ability to accurately read and analyze construction drawings and technical specifications to determine required quantities.
Report preparation and review: Ability to prepare accurate and comprehensive reports on quantity estimates, and review them to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.
Supply and contract management: Ability to deal with suppliers and contractors, evaluate bids and make recommendations on contracts.
Analysis and evaluation skills: Ability to analyze project-related information, and provide accurate estimates of costs and resources.
Effective communication: Strong communication skills with technical and administrative teams and clients to ensure clarity of requirements and coordination of activities.
