Job Description
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related) from a recognized university.
Comprehensive understanding of project management: In-depth knowledge of project management principles, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
Project management and coordination: Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate efforts between different teams, and ensure that objectives are met according to schedule and budget.
Project plan development: Ability to develop detailed project plans that include timelines, budgets, resources, and forecasts.
Performance analysis and reporting: Strong skills in analyzing project performance, preparing detailed reports on progress, costs, and risks, and making data-driven decisions.
Risk management: Ability to identify and assess risks associated with a project and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Effective communication: Strong communication skills with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clarity of objectives and expectations.
