Technical Writer

Alphanext Technology Solutions is seeking a dynamic Technical Writer to develop vibrant content for our internal and customer communication channels. If you have a knack for turning complex engineering concepts into clear and engaging content and experience in online help development and dealer manuals we want to hear from you! Multilingual experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain content across various platforms including online help for software products and manuals.
• Write compelling marketing copy to promote our products/services attract customers and boost brand awareness.
• Ensure consistency in style clarity and conciseness across all written materials.
• Perform quality assurance on all content before it moves to the next level of review.
• Adhere strictly to processes and guidelines to maintain high standards.
• Conduct thorough research gathering and analyzing data from SMEs to develop accurate and informative documentation.
• Gain handson experience with our products to understand them fully and convey their value effectively.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously working independently and in collaboration with other writers.

What Were Looking For:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field with 35 years of proven technical writing experience.
• Expertise in Adobe RoboHelp and MadCap Flare.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Visio) with basic knowledge in SnagIT CSS and HTML.
• Flexible writing style capable of translating engineering language into easily understandable concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Documentation Development Cycle with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work confidentially and efficiently in a fastpaced environment meeting tight deadlines.
• A portfolio of published articles and a successful track record of working both independently and in a telecommuting setting.
