Job Description
Alphanext Technology Solutions is seeking a dynamic Technical Writer to develop vibrant content for our internal and customer communication channels. If you have a knack for turning complex engineering concepts into clear and engaging content and experience in online help development and dealer manuals we want to hear from you! Multilingual experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain content across various platforms including online help for software products and manuals.
- Write compelling marketing copy to promote our products/services attract customers and boost brand awareness.
- Ensure consistency in style clarity and conciseness across all written materials.
- Perform quality assurance on all content before it moves to the next level of review.
- Adhere strictly to processes and guidelines to maintain high standards.
- Conduct thorough research gathering and analyzing data from SMEs to develop accurate and informative documentation.
- Gain handson experience with our products to understand them fully and convey their value effectively.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously working independently and in collaboration with other writers.
What Were Looking For:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field with 35 years of proven technical writing experience.
- Expertise in Adobe RoboHelp and MadCap Flare.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Visio) with basic knowledge in SnagIT CSS and HTML.
- Flexible writing style capable of translating engineering language into easily understandable concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with the Documentation Development Cycle with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work confidentially and efficiently in a fastpaced environment meeting tight deadlines.
- A portfolio of published articles and a successful track record of working both independently and in a telecommuting setting.
