Job Description

Are you passionate about the transformative impact of cosmetic and gynaecological surgery Our client a leading clinic renowned for its excellence in surgical and nonsurgical procedures is seeking a highly motivated and articulate Patient Coordinator to join their dedicated team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where patient care and satisfaction are paramount.

This is a full time; Permanent role and they offer a salary of 30000.

As a Patient Coordinator you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their surgical journey from initial consultation to postoperative care. Your expertise in customer service coupled with a strong sales orientation will be key to helping our practice grow while ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.


The key responsibilities of the Patient Coordinator are:

  • Manage all patient communications including phone calls emails and inperson consultations with the aim of booking and retaining patients.
  • Conduct thorough initial consultations with new clients providing detailed information and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain an indepth knowledge of all surgical and nonsurgical procedures offered (training provided).
  • Present a professional and polished appearance that reflects the clinic s standards.
  • Ensure clear ongoing communication with surgeons and clinical staff to coordinate patient care and treatment schedules.
  • Support clinicians in managing patient and procedure diaries ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets while maintaining a patientcentred approach.
  • Handle administrative duties as needed contributing to the overall efficiency of the clinic.


We are looking for a Patient Coordinator with the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience in a sales or customer service role preferably within the cosmetic or surgical industry.
  • A positive empathetic personality with a strong focus on customer service and a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to patient confidentiality and care.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
  • Attention to detail and a collaborative teamoriented mindset.
  • Compliance with all regulatory and legal standards in the delivery of surgical treatments.
  • Experience in a cosmetic or gynaecological surgery setting is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with compliance procedures and regulations specific to the surgical field.
