You will be updated with latest job alerts via email Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries clients and customers with respect to: quotes orders invoicing returns shipments reports and billing.
Respond and manage all incoming/outgoing customer phone calls emails in a professional timely manner.
Build and maintain client loyalty by providing prompt friendly service.
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service by providing timely accurate and detailed processing of quotes orders and all other client inquiries.
Communicate and coordinate in a positive manner with team members and other departments to address client issues and resolve problems expeditiously and report resolution back to client.
Provide customers with technical advice and solutions based upon product offerings.
Maintain and improve quality results by following standards recommending improved policies and procedures.
Manage and organize detailed client and customer data by updating account information.
Prepare and distribute monthly sales reports to appropriate parties.
Support management in a variety of administrative projects and tasks as needed.
Special projects including but not limited to: marketing mailings customer surveys trade show assistance and followup. Proactively contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize customer service and sales support procedures..
Obtain shipping quotes from transportation companies as needed
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
