- Identify key touchpoints of the users that should be targeted for research.
- Design and conduct UX research including surveys interviews and usability testing to evaluate the entire user journey identifying pain points and opportunities for enhancement
- Analyze user experience and user flows to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the Product team and UX team for prototype testing and other user experience analysis tasks
- Establish indicators to track the product and develop reporting formats for business purposes
- Define monitor and update key acquisition engagement retention and monetization metrics.
- Work with stakeholders (Product Team Marketing Team etc.) to meet their user experience research needs and report the results back to the stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver timely reports on product performance and UX research findings to stakeholders.
- Follow up on the implementation of recommended changes based on research insights
- Develop research guidelines and templates for consistent use across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing SaaS products
- At least three years of experience in business analysis product management or a similar role
- At least two years of experience with qualitative researchheavy projects
- Familiarity with product management strategies and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and experience with datadriven decisionmaking
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies (interviews observations surveys etc.) and tools
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into research tasks and back.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Psychology or a related field.
- Fluency in Armenian and English both written and oral
- Keen interest in product design and development
