% of ED Admitted to the Hospital per day: 26%
% of ED Patients Transferred per day: 1.6%
% of Total ED Volume Treated by fast track: 13%
Physicians in Practice: Hospitalist Radiologist Critical Care Intensivist Cardiologist Pulmonologist Gastroenterologist Neurologist Urologist Hematology & Oncology Physician Psychiatrist
Support Staff: APPs (8a10p)
Procedures: EKG Interpretation
24hr Availability for Radiology/Lab/OR/Anesth: Yes
Beds in the Dept: 38
Trauma Level: III
EMR: Meditech Expanse
Other Info:
No call; Trauma team needs to respond in 15 mins.
Admission are performed by the Hospitalist
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active MA License
BC/BE (ABEM AOBEM)
BLS ACLS ATLS
COVID Vaccine
