Scrum Master

Required experience

We are looking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working in Agile environments and driving successful project delivery using Scrum methodologies. As a Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process and ensuring that the team is working effectively and efficiently deliver highquality products on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the Scrum process and ensure that the team is following Agile principles and practices.

Collaborate with the Team Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog.

Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.

Ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently to deliver highquality products on time and within budget.

Identify and remove obstacles that may be hindering the teams progress.

Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and teams to ensure crossfunctional coordination and alignment.

Facilitate Scrum events such as daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.

Monitor and report on key Agile metrics such as team velocity and burndown charts.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

Indepth knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication facilitation and coaching skills.

Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.

Experience with Agile tools such as Jira Azure DevOps is a plus.
