Content Specialist

• Identify key messages and themes to effectively communicate change initiatives.
  

• Create highquality engaging content for various channels including intranet email newsletters presentations social media and training materials.
  
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of communications.
  
  

• Oversee the organization and maintenance of digital content ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  
• Implement best practices for content governance and version control.
  

• Design and deliver communication plans that support change initiatives and drive adoption of new digital systems.
  
• Create user guides FAQs and other resources to assist employees during the transition.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  
• Collaborate with project managers IT teams HR and other stakeholders to gather information and insights for content development.
  
• Conduct interviews and meetings to understand the needs and concerns of different user groups.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation management and strategy development.
  
• Excellent writing video editing and proofreading skills.
  
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and digital tools.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and change management principles.
  
• Experience in a similar role within a large organization or consultancy will be preferred.
  
• Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia content creation.
