Job Summary: The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating managing and optimizing content to support the Digital Change Management project. This includes developing engaging materials that communicate change initiatives updates and training resources to various stakeholders including the communication and regular updates to leadership. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional writing skills and a deep understanding of digital transformation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy:
- Identify key messages and themes to effectively communicate change initiatives.
Content Creation:
- Create highquality engaging content for various channels including intranet email newsletters presentations social media and training materials.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of communications.
Content Management:
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of digital content ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Implement best practices for content governance and version control.
Change Communication:
- Design and deliver communication plans that support change initiatives and drive adoption of new digital systems.
- Create user guides FAQs and other resources to assist employees during the transition.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with project managers IT teams HR and other stakeholders to gather information and insights for content development.
- Conduct interviews and meetings to understand the needs and concerns of different user groups.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content creation management and strategy development.
- Excellent writing video editing and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and digital tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and change management principles.
- Experience in a similar role within a large organization or consultancy will be preferred.
- Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia content creation.
