Role:
The client s ICT and PMO teams support the enabling of ICT and Digital Services for their sector. As part of the customer service strategy the client is implementing a Case Management Solution (CMS) to track individual customer service queries across channels and agents over time. The implementation of an endtoend case management solution will offer a suite of capabilities that will enable the client to deliver an enhanced customer service experience to both customers and employees.
We are seeking a talented UI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in both frontend and backend design with a strong focus on usercentric design principles. You will collaborate closely with our development and backend teams to create seamless userfriendly experiences.
The UI SME must be proficient in Agile project methodologies with prior experience in MS Dynamics Case Management Solution (CMS) development being highly desirable.
We are looking for an experienced UI developer with strong technical skills to design and build usercentric responsive web interfaces. Necessary skills include:
Technical Skills
At least two years of dedicated experience in developing and managing design systems for largescale digital products.
Demonstrated expertise in enhancing design system libraries with a portfolio that showcases contributions to enterpriselevel design initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration and innovative problemsolving.
Indepth knowledge of design constraints and guidelines for digital platforms including web iOS and Android.
A strong advocate for inclusive design principles with a commitment to creating accessible and userfriendly digital experiences.
Proficient in Figma with advanced skills in leveraging its features for optimal design efficiency.
A history of significant contributions to mature design systems particularly in component design and comprehensive documentation.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with frontend development teams to deliver highquality web mobile and backoffice interfaces.
Outstanding visual design skills with an eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.

Experience Level Required:
It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of 4 years experience in a similar role
It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed hold the following qualifications or equivalents:
Any relevant UI/UX related certification
ICT or similar Design related Qualification (Level 7 or above)

Drive the creation and implementation of UI components setting the standard for our digital presence.
