Our client are a leading global organisation making a new hire to report to the Group Financial Controller.
The Internal Control Manager is responsible for managing all financial audit and review in relation to the Company's Financial, cycles and controls.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure compliance with policies and processes in relation to financial reporting and in line with applied IFRS.
- Plan for annual Financial and control review.
- Prepare periodic audit observation and recommendation.
- Review the process and identify and control deficiencies to report with enhancement recommendations.
- Lead the relationships with Internal Audit team and close their notes.
- Maintain the accounting policies and procedures and recommend any enhancements and updates.
- Liaise with the Reporting team in preparing observations.
- All Finance Functions and related Sub-Functions
- Procurement Function
- Human Resources Function
- Other company's Functions and Departments
Qualifications, Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting, and master's degree is a plus.
- Professional Certification (i.e. CIA, ACA, CPA, ACCA, etc.).
- Internal audit experience
- Knowledge and experience (Control, Financial and non-financial audit, IFRS and Soft skills)
