As the Lead Tech Strategy you will be instrumental in shaping coordinating and communicating Axpos IT and digital strategies. You will work closely with senior management and various technical teams to align and implement strategic initiatives across the organization enabling successful digital transformation and innovation.
What you will do:
- Execute highpriority projects for the CTO delivering key outcomes for upper management.
- Coordinate and integrate the tech strategy across multiple domains: data cloud security AI applications and more.
- Develop forwardlooking strategic initiatives and support Principal and Staff Engineers in their roles.
- Assist product and platform leads with roadmap development communication and organizational change management.
What you bring & who you are:
- 10 years of experience in developing and implementing digital strategies within a corporate or portfolio setting.
- Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies and their application in driving digital business.
- Proficiency in producing impactful visual and written communication across various platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
- Experience in coordinating geographically diverse teams and managing relationships with key providers and partners.
