Educational Background:
A completed MINT (Mathematics Informatics Natural Sciences Technology) degree is required.
Technical Skills:
Java: Basic knowledge and experience in Java programming.
IT Affinity: Strong interest in IT and software development processes.
Language Skills:
Excellent command of the German language (nativelevel proficiency).
Work Experience:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

1) Chemistry Call: Initial 30minute interview with the Managing Director to assess cultural fit and overall alignment.
