We are seeking a strategic and handson Product Owner to lead the creation of innovative products in the energy sector. At ElBits youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams throughout the product lifecycle from identifying key challenges to delivering impactful solutions. Your role will involve defining and prioritizing product goals validating solutions through prototypes and experiments and ensuring seamless collaboration with developers UX designers and other key stakeholders.

What will you do

As a Product Owner at ElBits youll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our innovative products. You will guide our crossfunctional teams to deliver highimpact solutions that align with our strategic goals. From the inception of an idea to the final product launch youll play a pivotal role in ensuring that each product meets the needs of our users at home as well as in the grid companies.

Were looking for someone who can seamlessly navigate through all stages of product development translating business needs into actionable features. Your strategic insights will directly contribute to our mission of establishing ElBits as a leader in transforming the power grid industry driving innovation in energy solutions and ensuring a resilient and efficient future power infrastructure.

Typical responsibilities can include:

• Lead a product from ideation through to a revenuegenerating service defining the overall product strategy and objectives and working with internal stakeholders to secure internal approval and funding.

• Refine and prioritize product features by understanding user pain points and market needs ensuring that our product strategy is aligned with market demands and delivers a compelling value proposition.

• Bridging the gap between identifying what users truly need and how we build solutions that directly enhance both commercial outcomes and user satisfaction. Using an agile mindset and design thinking following the PoC to a complete product that aligns with user needs and market demands.

• Collaborate closely with domain experts UX/UI designers software developers and our commercial team to ensure alignment and cohesion in the product lifecycle.

• Manage and communicate effectively with our stakeholders acting as the bridge between our partners needs and our business goals to deliver as viable a product as possible.

• Monitor and analyze the product performance metrics using those insights to refine our product roadmap and continuously improve the user experience for our partners.

Who are we looking for

• If you have experience in bringing products from proof of concept to finished product whether your background is technical or commercial we want to hear from you. We value versatility and encourage candidates from diverse areas of expertise to apply.

• Someone with experience or a desire to work with product development in a fastpaced innovative and at times complex environment.

• Someone who thrives in an environment where we navigate uncertainty with continuous learning and iteration.

• Experience with being able to adapt and thrive in an environment characterized by change and innovation and be willing to address various issues as they arise.

• Have an outcomebased mentality.

• Experience in the energy sector is a big advantage

• Norwegian speaking our customers are the Norwegian grid companies most of which are located away from urban areas.

What does the process look like

4. For the second interview well ask you to do a short exercise and have a couple of our team members discuss it with you and also tell you a bit more about our runways.
