We are seeking a highly skilled Manhattan WMS Consultant to join our dynamic team and help our clients achieve operational excellence.
Tasks
Role Overview:
As a Manhattan WMS Consultant you will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS). You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand client needs configure the WMS to meet those needs and ensure a seamless integration with existing systems. Your expertise will help our clients streamline their warehouse operations reduce costs and enhance overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Design & Configuration: Analyze requirements and design tailored Manhattan WMS solutions. Configure WMS software to align with business processes.
- Implementation & Integration: Lead the endtoend implementation of the Manhattan WMS including system setup data migration and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to client teams to ensure effective use of the WMS. Troubleshoot and resolve any systemrelated issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. Propose and implement solutions to optimize warehouse operations.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines deliverables and client expectations. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including developers business analysts and project managers to deliver highquality solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 35 years of handson experience with Manhattan WMS including implementation and configuration.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of WMS functionality including inbound outbound inventory management and labor management. Proficiency in SQL PL/SQL and related database technologies.
- Consulting Skills: Proven ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into effective WMS solutions. Experience in clientfacing roles is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Certifications: Manhattan Associates certifications are highly desirable.
- Fluent: English and Spanish skills
