Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Change Manager with fluency in English and Spanish to lead and manage change initiatives within a largescale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management particularly within the context of major enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations and will be instrumental in driving successful adoption and integration of SAP S/4HANA across the organization.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the SAP S/4HANA transformation program ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization including executives business leaders and endusers to understand their needs concerns and expectations related to the transformation.
  • Communication: Design and deliver clear concise and culturally sensitive communication plans in both English and Spanish to inform educate and engage stakeholders throughout the transformation process.
  • Training and Development: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs in English and Spanish to ensure users are wellprepared to utilize SAP S/4HANA effectively. This includes creating training materials conducting workshops and coordinating with external training providers.
  • Resistance Management: Identify potential areas of resistance and develop proactive strategies to address concerns and mitigate risks associated with the change.
  • Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough impact assessments to understand how the SAP S/4HANA implementation will affect different business units processes and roles and develop tailored change management plans accordingly.
  • Change Champions: Build and manage a network of change champions across the organization to support the change management efforts and facilitate grassrootslevel adoption.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key metrics to measure the success of change management activities and regularly report progress to senior leadership highlighting successes challenges and areas requiring additional support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders and refine change management strategies to ensure the effective adoption and longterm sustainability of SAP S/4HANA.

Requirements

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages across all levels of the organization.
  • Change Management Expertise: Proven experience in leading change management efforts within largescale transformation programs particularly in ERP implementations such as SAP S/4HANA.
  • SAP S/4HANA Experience: Indepth understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its impact on business processes with experience in facilitating its adoption across diverse business units.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and culturally appropriate manner.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including senior executives.
  • Project Management: Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to tailor change management approaches to different regions and organizational cultures.
  • Training and Facilitation: Experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops in both English and Spanish with a focus on user adoption of new systems.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify potential challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
