All-in-one Marketer

We are seeking an energetic and versatile Allinone Marketer to join our team at Aexus a dynamic entrepreneurial company based in Utrecht!

This role is perfect for an allround marketer with a passion for driving results a strong grasp of analytics and genuine enthusiasm for keeping up with the latest marketing trends. You will play a crucial role in driving our marketing operations managing our website redesign project and enhancing our inbound marketing activities.

Tasks

• You are driving marketing operations at Aexus
• You are responsible for project managing the website redesign project (launching new Aexus website integrating more character elements new pricing and proposition pages etc.)
• You manage/challenge and improve inbound marketing activities (SEO & SEA)
• You are building a content driven (approach) for the Aexus brand and website traffic (lead in SEO & SEA)
• You are working closely with CEO to put together a brand strategy
• You are working closely with the sales team to drive greater diversity of lead generation

Requirements

• You are fluent in English and Dutch
• You have 25 years generalist marketing experience in a corporate setting
• You have allround marketeer experience (i.e. event coordination brand management digital marketing content creation development and implementation of marketing strategies) but more specifically these are some of the things you might have done:

1. Experience in marketing operations including managing marketing technologies data analysis and process optimization.
2. Experience in project management; ie website redesigns including coordinating with internal teams and external agencies and managing feedback and assets.
3. Strong background in inbound marketing strategies including SEO content creation and campaign management.
4. Expertise in content marketing including developing content strategies creating engaging content and measuring content performance.
5. Experience in brand strategy development including market research competitive analysis and creating brand guidelines.
6. Experience in lead generation bringing in MQLs & SQLs that the sales team can follow up on. Keen focus on managing lead generation campaigns and collaborating with sales teams.
7. Event management experience (organising small knowledge sharing sessions for small to midsize groups)

Besides that you are a team player who understands the relevance of bringing marketing and sales together as closely as possible you have a DIY attitude and a great amount of positive energy. :)
