Tasks

What youll do:

• Together with your team youll work on various software projects throughout the company
• Support with the founding of our new SaaS business Kh. Digital. Create new products that we can license to other companies in the furniture industry.
• Coordinate ideas projects and deadlines from start to finish
• Use analytics and datadriven development to validate your design ideas and identify improvements
• Work closely with your agile team participating in sprint activities and ensuring that your team delivers effective customer solutions
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers their pains and their needs

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

• 13 years of experience designing & shipping worldclass software
• Understanding of web design principles
• Strong product management communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Experience working with digital products and technical teams
• Fluency in German at a native speaker level is mandatory
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Experience working with teams using Scrum or other Agile Methods and tools (e.g. Jira)
• Comfortably working with Figma
