YOUR CHALLENGE

As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager you will be responsible for our performance channels and use your skills to make a significant contribution to JUNIQEs success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performance Marketing: You will be part of our performance marketing team and together you will have our performance marketing under control this includes SEA and shopping in particular but also paid social and display marketing
• Sale Campaigns: Preparing campaigns for sale periods and events such as Black Friday or Christmas.
• Analysis: You will continuously analyse the performance of our advertising campaigns and derive databased optimisations to constantly improve our strategy and optimise your budgets
• Google Ads: You are responsible for manage and optimise SEA campaigns in various countries with large budgets with a focus on maximising campaign performance
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Working together with copywriters designers and GPTs to create new ads.
• Project Management: You lead overarching projects such as the conception and launch of new products or the development of new marketing channels (Meta Pinterest etc.)
• Continuous Improvements: Liaising with account managers from advertising platforms to find ways to improve performance and fix issues if needed

YOUR PROFILE

• You have at least three years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on SEA (search and shopping) and are also familiar with PMax campaigns
• Previous experience in paid social media buying is a plus
• You are excellent with numbers and enjoy familiarising yourself with new complex & technical topics
• You love working with data immersing yourself in large amounts of data and analysing it
• You are resultdriven resilient and have a strong sense of responsibility & ownership
• You like to embrace innovative approaches are keen to try out new ideas and are motivated to continuously develop yourself further
• You are able to work independently and in a team
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are fluent in English and have a basic command of German further foreign language skills are an advantage
