Job Description
The transportation industry has no shortage of complex problems requiring creative solutions to scale efficiently. In this role you will work closely with a team of Software Engineers to gather manage and prioritize reporting requirements while collaborating with Product and Client Services to deliver best in class analytics to address industry problems.
Tasks
- Understand and become the subject matter expert on multiple software team initiatives working on the Mastermind Product specifically API integrations
- Analyze clarify and validate business needs
- Craft detailed technical user stories based on product requirements
- Define acceptance criteria and test user stories to ensure quality
- Help teams triage investigate and resolve defects
- Manage dependencies and crossteam coordination
- Act as a liaison between Product and Engineering
- Develop an understanding of Masterys users and act as an advocate for their needs.
MUST: good knowledge of APIs transactions and familiar with sending API Payloads. I think without any prior API experience testing or running API payloads this person will struggle.
Requirements
- B2 English Level.
- 6 years of experience as a BA in an Agile SaaS environment
- Ability to work independently to meet objectives
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and meeting facilitation skills for both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Jira experience
- API/backend testing experience using tools such as Insomnia Swagger Postman
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in logistics industry a plus
- Project Management or Agile certification a plus
