*Successfully completed studies in the field of economics (business) informatics or a comparable degree
*Professional experience in participating in IT projects as well as knowledge of common project structures and methods
*Practical experience in dealing with SAP ERP HCM and the underlying HR processes
*First points of contact with S4 HANA (desirable)
*Independent methodical and conceptual way of working as well as a high degree of analytical thinking
*Strong social and communication skills that can also withstand possible conflicts or resistance
*Selfconfident appearance a high degree of teamwork and very good hosting and presentation skills
*Very good written and spoken German and English skills
*Identification of opportunities to standardize and optimize processes and HR data from the various SAP HCM systems
*Direct reporting line to the project management and handson support through your comprehensive knowhow
*Taking on an advisory and support function as part of the HCM consolidation project
*Proactive management of tasks as they arise
*Close cooperation with the project team on the HR and IT side to guarantee the optimum for all areas
*Active participation in the preparation of decisionmaking and development of new concepts
*Continuous optimization of HR data to improve data quality and user experience
*Designing training courses for SAP HCM users (f/m/d) and conducting these to keep colleagues (f/m/d) up to date at all times
*Carrying out data quality and system tests before changes are made to the production system
