Job Description
Responsibilities:
Implement ExPRO standard contracts processes and procedures
Assure functional compliance for awarded contracts in the areas of performance guarantees
invoicing and payment claims preliminary and final handover defects and warranty and closeout
Assess the capability of company's existing contracts staff and assign appropriate roles and
responsibilities
Lead the contracts management department knowledge transfer program which includes
comprehensive onthejob training.
Support company in the negotiation of proposals to meet the project objectives and assure
adherence to company and ExPRO’s policies and procedures.
Assess the contract terms and conditions and managing all changes in accordance with those terms.
Experience / Skills required:
- Degree in relevant discipline Engineering science or operations
- A secondary qualification in legal or contract management is desirable
- Experience in drafitng tenders for government or semi government companies.
- Min (15) years in contracts department with an FM consultant
- Excellent understanding of FM & AM operations maintenance Asset Management Facility
- Management and legal requirements.
- Proven experience in procurement contracts and negotiations
- Knowledge of current and legallybinding contractual language and terminology
- Prior experience in RFP/Tender process
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organization skills and the ability to multitask on several projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of negotiation best practices both inperson and in written form
