People is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multinational client organizations across all HR functions.
We are looking for an Executive Secretary.
Job Roles and Duties:
- Assistance in administrative tasks of the CEO office.
- Attending meetings taking followups from the concern department.
- Maintaining calendar and consistently following up with stakeholders on assigned tasks.
- Coordination with vendors and other outside counter parties.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence email letters packages etc.
- Maintain executive agenda and assist. in planning appointment and board of meetings etc.
- To coordinate and facilitate compliance function.
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Location:
- The position is based at Lahore Green Forts II.
