Support Staff: 4 MAs 4 RNs Pharmacist Lab Social Worker
Procedures: Hematologic Disorders Oncology
Office Equipment: 20 Infusion Chair Room
Hospital Beds: 143
No. of Exam Rooms: 10
Lab & Xray onsite: Yes
EMR: Epic
Other Info:
Will be required to cover 2 Facilities
MD support is off site occasionally
Will need to supervise/accommodate Infusion RNs questions
Hospital Privileges required: Yes
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
OR License
BC/BE
DEA
BLS
Oncology exp
AOCNP certification (Preferred)
