Roofer / Roof Carpernter / Roof Plumber Residential Maintenance
Location:Perth Western Australia
Hourly Rate:AUD $45 per hour
Job Type:Fulltime Monday Friday (810 hour days)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation repair and maintenance of residential roofing systems.
- Work independently maintaining a good pace and high standards without direct supervision.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential roofing maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials systems and techniques.
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively.
- Valid drivers license and relevant certifications.
