Job Title: Physical Health Nurse (RGN) Find Medic
Salary:
Shift: Day Shifts (Monday to Friday 9:005:00)
Hours per week: 40
Join a growing team of dedicated healthcare professionals! Were seeking a passionate Physical Health Nurse (RGN) to provide exceptional care to women with complex mental health conditions at our renowned genderspecific hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage GP referrals and coordinate weekly clinics.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor patient health issues including obesity diabetes epilepsy and asthma.
- Conduct regular health reviews and ECGs.
- Run vaccination clinics for patients and staff.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Develop audits and implement action plans.
- Contribute to the induction of new team members.
