Permanent Job Summary: The Cluster Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the construction of a cluster of buildings within a given geographic area. The Manager will coordinate with the design team contractors subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. The Manager will ensure that all safety regulations and standards are met and that the project is completed according to the plans and specifications.
The Cluster Construction Manager will be responsible for:
Developing and managing the project schedule budget and resources for the construction of the cluster of buildings.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with the design team contractors subcontractors and other stakeholders.
Coordinating the construction activities to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
Ensuring that all safety regulations and standards are met.
Monitoring the progress of the project and making adjustments as needed.
Ensuring that the project is completed according to the plans and specifications.
Overseeing the quality control of the project and making sure that all materials and workmanship meet the required standards.
Resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.
Keeping stakeholders informed of the progress of the project.
Reviewing and approving all invoices and payments for the project.
Developing and implementing strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field.
20 years of experience in construction management with experience in managing largescale projects.
Proven track record of successful project completion on time and within budget.
Knowledge of construction regulations safety standards and building codes.
Excellent organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
