dynamic team. As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point of
contact for our valued customers assisting them with inquiries resolving
issues and ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- A passion for helping others and exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Window PC or Laptop: Operating 10 or 11
