We are seeking an Associate with the desire or experience in transpiration law practice.

Highlevel Overview

Who You Are:

• You are already good and want to become great at what you do litigate
• You have general litigation experience but a strong desire to practice transportation law OR
• You are experienced in transportation/trucking (a plus) bodily injury product liability and premises liability seeking more practice experience

What You Bring:

• 14 stable years of general litigation/defense experience transportation (trucking defense) a plus
• Selfstarter to proactively manage a litigation caseload helping oversee cases from inception to close
• Comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings drafting and arguing motions as well as conducting and defending depositions
• Strong writing and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities and caseloads
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and Admission and good standing with the State of GA Bar
