Job Description

Location: Remote (Must reside in the US)

Overview: Are you a dynamic Sales Executive with 7 years of experience in the staffing industry ready to join a forwardthinking fully remote national sales team Were looking for a seasoned professional who thrives in new client acquisition and excels in delivering innovative staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition: Prospect and secure new business with large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) and midmarket clients across the US.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Lead the sales process from initial outreach to client onboarding managing complex sales cycles and influencing decisionmakers at all levels.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets driving growth and expanding our market share.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events enhancing our visibility and reputation in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 7 years of proven success in selling professional staffing services (IT Finance Engineering etc.) to midmarket and enterpriselevel clients.
    • 35 years of experience selling Managed Services such as RPO MSP or VMS.
    • Strong connections within the Talent Ecosystem (TA Procurement MSP CW Program leaders) with established relationships with key decisionmakers in tech finance and engineering sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and work independently in a fastpaced remote environment.
  • Education: Bachelors degree required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using tools like Zoom Dynamics CRM and the MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel and attend industry conferences 23 times per year.
