About the team
The Innovation and Technology team at Visma Spcs is a dynamic group of forwardthinking professionals dedicated to driving technological advancement and cultural change within the organization. About the role
As a software developer in our team youll play a crucial role in our AI development projects. Together with your highly skilled teammates youll develop awesome solutions that will serve both our customers as well as internal stakeholders. Even though youll spend most of your time deep down in the code youll also take on some technical project leadership making sure we deliver on time keeping stakeholders and colleagues updated. Additionally your passion for programming will be matched by your enthusiasm for continuous learning and inspiring your peers serving as an ambassador for technical advancement.
About you
We believe youre a problem solving tech enthusiast who has been working as a developer for at least three years. You have a deep love for coding and innovation staying uptodate with the latest tech trends. Youre known for your positive cando mindset and collaborative attitude always willing to lend a helping hand. Your communication skills allow you to effectively interact with both technical and nontechnical colleagues and stakeholders.
We believe you have:
Proven experience in software development
Deep interest in AI and some familiarity with AI frameworks and tools
Extensive knowledge in C#/.NET; experience with Python or R is a plus.
Team player skills enjoy creating results together with others
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
