Job Description
Project: Customer Experience (CX) Unit
Domain: Consulting & Development
Project Description: The project involves supporting Client Customer Experience (CX) unit in designing developing and operating digital solutions that enhance the travel experience. The goal is to align digital products with customer needs and business requirements across various business areas of Client.
Services Required:
- Software Development:
- Write clean efficient and fully documented code using appropriate software development practices.
- Develop software applications that meet client requirements.
- Participate in the planning design and implementation of software projects.
- Test and debug software applications to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers designers and other developers to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Attend relevant technical meetings and provide regular updates.
Mandatory Technical Requirements:
- Experience:
- Java Development: At least 2.5 years of experience in development application operation and configuration in Java (version 11 or higher).
- CI/CD: At least 2.5 years of experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery using the GitLab CI toolset.
- Kubernetes: At least 2.5 years of experience with Kubernetes including integration with Jenkins and Helm.
- Apache Kafka: At least 1 year of experience with Apache Kafka.
- Cassandra: At least 2.5 years of experience with Cassandra.
- Spring Boot/Spring Framework: At least 2.5 years of experience.
- Testing: At least 2.5 years of experience with test frameworks like JUnit and knowledge of Linux shell.
- Industry Knowledge:
- At least 1 year of experience in travel information systems.
- Confidential Information: Must handle sensitive data within a secure environment.
- Language:
- German: Business fluent (B2 level or better).
Target Technical Requirements:
- Experience:
- Agile Methods: At least 2.5 years of experience with agile methods such as SCRUM Kanban SaFe etc.
- Microservices: At least 2.5 years of experience with the application operation and configuration of microservices containerized with Docker.
- Groovy: At least 2.5 years of experience with development application operation and configuration in Groovy.
- DevOps Methods: At least 1 year of experience with DevOps methods including independent deployment across different stages up to production and shortterm problemsolving for production disruptions.
- Methodological Competence:
- Proven experience in modeling and process models.
