Job Description

Our client a leading company in the automotive industry is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure their new automotive products meet the highest reliability and quality standards. In this role you will lead Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) activities and collaborate with various teams to identify and resolve potential design issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct DFMEA for new automotive products to identify and address risks.
  • Lead DFMEA meetings with crossfunctional teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Manufacturing and Quality Engineering teams.
  • Ensure the DFMEA process is thorough and accurate.

Required Skills:

  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate data and prioritize improvements.
  • Selfmotivated and good at managing time in a fastpaced environment.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical role (Quality or Engineering) in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in designing mechanical or electronic components.
  • Handson knowledge of FMEA tools and methods.
