About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Registered Land Surveyor to join a growing team of survey and design professionals. In this role you will manage survey projects and clients perform property line and field topography surveys prepare existing site condition plans and provide construction stakeout. You'll also oversee survey department staff manage project and staff schedules coordinate with clients municipal and other regulatory agencies and present plans at day and evening meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage survey projects from inception to completion
- Perform property line and field topography surveys
- Prepare existing site condition plans
- Oversee construction stakeout activities
- Supervise and mentor survey department staff
- Handle project and staff scheduling
- Coordinate with clients municipal and regulatory agencies
- Attend meetings to present plans
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying
- Experience: 5 years of related experience (both field and office)
- Licensure: Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) preferred especially with a PA license
- Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent project management and leadership abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
