Your role and responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email on all topics related to the online marketplace by maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards the customers.
Follow communication procedures and policies.
Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.

Recruitment Process
First stage Test We will ask candidates to complete a Customer Support activity. This activity is designed to gauge their skills and help us prepare their training course should they be chosen for the role.
In section 1 Customer Support they will be provided with rules required to make a decision on how to respond to a Customer email.
They will need to read and prepare an appropriate response to the question.
The test responses should be in Dutch language and they should aim to complete this activity in 30 minutes.
Second Stage Interview If the candidate passes the test they will then be invited to attend an online Teams interview with a member of the HR team.
The candidate may also be required to have a second online Teams interview with the Manager or another employee where the employees verbal language skills may also be assessed
