Definition and implementation of the strategy for the Customer Success Team in accordance with the overarching corporate strategy. Personal support for selected key customers to ensure the successful development of the team and strategy. Team leadership, mentoring and development of our high-performing Customer Success team. Responsible for hiring, training and performance evaluation to build a team capable of achieving strategic goals. Scaling our existing processes in CSM. Ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying retention and upsell opportunities. Analysis, tracking and optimization of the existing workflows and KPIs of the Customer Success function.
