Job Description
Responsible for the independent, strategic & operational development of the Customer Success function. Achievement of our net revenue retention goals to continue to develop customer success as a growth driver for simpleclub (2023: 130% NRR) Definition and implementation of the strategy for the Customer Success Team in accordance with the overarching corporate strategy.
